All consultations and personalised reports are non-refundable once booked because they require dedicated time and custom analysis.
 

Rescheduling is permitted once if requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Once a ritual has been commissioned with our partner temples, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
 

In the rare case of a temple delay or non-performance, a credit or reschedule will be offered.

Dispatch within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
 

Global shipping available; delivery 7–21 days based on location.
 

Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery (with photo proof).
